Bubble Breath
Start by asking the child to blow 1 bubble only.
Ask them to breathe from their tummy, using deep breaths.
Ask them to place their hand on their tummy and feel their hand rise and fall as they breathe.
The calming effect is almost immediate.
When angry, ask the child to take bubble breath's, blowing 1 bubble at a time.
As they learn to breathe, they also learn to relax.
