Anger Balloons
Blow the balloon up, do not tie it off. Think of things that make you angry. As you think- release the air out of the balloon by pulling the opening of the balloon apart to make a squealing noise. If the thing makes you really angry, release a lot. If it bothers you just a little, then release a little bit of air. Now- how are you feeling?
Or- Try This Anger Balloon Activity
Blow up your balloon using all your anger. Blow into it all the things that have you frustrated, upset and/or angry. Draw an angry face on the balloon. Using your pen, pop your balloon!!
This activity shows us what could happen when your anger is held in for too long, you end up falling apart!! It's a good reminder for us to find a positive and healthy way to vent our issues.
